Synopsis:

Charlie, playing "The Pest", is an elegant, bored, and very drunk gentleman who brings a night of horror to a music hall. He can't find a seat that suits him until he finds one next to the lovely Edna. He tries to hold her hand but grabs her husband's hand instead. At this moment, Charlie's playing a dual role as Mr. Rowdy, pours beer on Mr. Pest, who then falls asleep in his seat. The night ends when Mr. Rowdy turns a fire hose on the stage, the audience and especially Mr. Pest.
